I am a clinical researcher, currently working as a postdoc at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in mixed-methods, translational, and community-engaged research to advance developmental health sciences across the lifespan. My work focuses on understanding and improving communication for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), considering both individual and environmental influences. I have expertise in scientific dissemination, research design, data analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a strong commitment to mentorship, ethical research practices, and stakeholder engagement. My goal is to bridge research and practice to develop culturally responsive, evidence-based solutions that support communication access and inclusion for diverse communities.
